If the website says that 'No rooms available on-line for requested date range', it means we have exhausted our room block, but there are still rooms available (same rate), you just have to book by phone; call them at 1-800-884-7574 from North America, or 1-403-762-6308 otherwise. Be sure to say you are with the Winter Nuclear and Particle Physics Conference to get the special rates.

Special conference rates have been arranged for rooms and meals. The package rates include accommodation and 6 meals, starting with evening meal on Friday and ending with Sunday lunch. Also included are gratuities, parking and access to the Sally Borden Recreation Facility. Taxes are not included.

Coffee breaks and the reception are included in the registration fee.

Package rates include: accommodation, 3 Vistas Meals daily beginning with dinner on your date of arrival and ending with lunch on your date of departure, Food and Beverage service charges, parking and access to the Sally Borden Recreation Facility. Prices are exclusive of 2% T.I.F. (Tourism Improvement Fee) 5% GST and 4% Alberta Tourism Levy and are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Reservations received after Monday, December 15, 2008 will be accepted based on availability.

There is an extra cost of $20 per person per day above two people in a room (triple and quadruple accomodation). The $20 charge does not include meals.

These rates can be extended for the three days pre and post conference, subject to guestroom availability. Please confirm this while booking.

To get the double rate, both people staying in the same room must book accommodations.

If you would like help finding someone to share accomodations with, please indicate so on the conference registration (not the Banff registration).
