Deadlines

Registration

The deadline for early registration is December 15^th. The registration fee is waived for students, and is $90 for all others if you register by this date.

The final deadline for registration is January 26^th. The registration fee after December 19^th is $60 for students and $120 for all others.

Abstract

The deadline for abstract submition is Monday, January 26^th. For instructions and a template for your abstract, please see Notes for Speakers.

Accomodations

Please book your accomodations directly with the Banff Centre (see Accommodations).
On December 16^th, some of the unclaimed space will be released, and you will no longer be guaranteed a room.
